Fixed Term Contract - 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring actual Capital Expenditure against the budget & forecasts 
  2. Work with Project Managers and Category Holders to improve forecast accuracy
  3. Understanding the trends and variances for the Capital Expenditure Plan
  4. Helping the Capital Expenditure Plan review 
  5. Providing challenge & support to the Capital Expenditure weekly meetings & Capital Expenditure Steering meetings
  6. Detailed analysis to support Capital Expenditure Plan specific projects in line with operational strategy and objectives.
  7. Work with Supply Chain Finance team to validate payback projects
  8. Supporting the process to ensure accurate of optimal project overheads
  9. Work with Key Users to ensure relevant balanced scorecards and automated reporting are "fit for purpose"
  10. Work with Capital Systems Manager to ensure the data architecture meets the business needs
  11. Work with key users to coordinate best practice for dashboards, reports, KPIs.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  1. Experience of working in an FMCG or Food Manufacturing organisation - Desirable
  2. Experience of working in a medium or large company with modern reporting and data management processes
  3. Experience of modern data driven reporting tools
  4. SAP Experience
