About the Role:
    
The International BU has an ambitious growth strategy over the next 5 years which supports the delivery of the overarching Britvic Plc vision and this would be the perfect opportunity for someone who is extremely driven with a pro-active mindset, with a natural ability to network and create strong relationships both internally and externally. As a part of the International plan several exiting and new growth areas have been identified that will support the acceleration of our Pepsi Brands (Pepsi, J2O, Lipton, Fruit Shoot) as well as Global Premium Adult Brands ( London Essence & Britvic Mixers) consequently the sales manager role within our highly important Travel sector is a key function  


Key Responsibilities:

 

Manage existing customer base, utilise assets, identify and win new opportunities for all brands
Develop a pipeline & road map of Travel prospects that are relevant to help us scale our business
Full P&L management of existing and new Travel customer base and deliver best in class forecasting   
Commercialise new and existing prospects to understand the opportunity & prioritisation 
Line management responcibilities , provide leadership and develop one direct report
Attend and inspire at Travel Road show events

 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

 

Pro-active in developing a strong internal and external network.
Identifying new opportunities & being the face of Britvic at relevant network events (physical & digital)
Proficient at creating plans & business cases with clear commercial outcomes.  
Compelling influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders, especially at a senior level. 
Leadership: ability to influence cross functional & dotted lines to implement new opportunities. 
Sound commercial acumen with an ability to negotiate multifaceted deals at a senior level
