Job Overview

Britvic, a leading consumer goods company and the name behind iconic brands like Pepsi, 7UP, J20, Tango, Robinsons, and Jimmy's Iced Coffee, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager - Construction to drive the growth of its innovative Aqua Libra water tap range. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing and on-trend brands in the construction industry.

As the Sales Manager - Construction, you will be responsible for expanding the customer base for Aqua Libra water taps, focusing on generating specifications through Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, and selling to Interior D&B & Fit Out Contractors. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging Aqua Libra's cutting-edge product range and Britvic's strong marketing and innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to rapidly scale Aqua Libra's market share in the construction market.

Prospect and manage a robust new business pipeline, while nurturing and growing existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Technical, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure excellent customer service and support sell-ins, execution, and customer delight.

Contribute to the broader ALCO management team, shaping future business strategies and driving the brand's evolution.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of customer engagement, satisfaction, and sales growth in a demanding and professional sales organization.
  • Experience in the construction market, with a strong contact network and reputation.
  • Expertise in equipment or proposition selling.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, influencing, negotiation, and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage complex and specialist customers. 

Qualification

  • Ideally degree or equivalent certified.·
  •  Experience, Skills and attitude is more important than any formal qualification, however.
