About the Role:

 

We are recruiting for a Senior National Account Manager to join our  vibrant Quick Service Dining channel, taking charge of iconic accounts such as Yum! Brands – home to KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell. Your leadership will extend to managing a high performing team overseeing German Donor Kebab and Wasabi.

 

In this pivotal, high-profile role, we are seeking an individual to spearhead negotiations, craft customer-specific strategic and tactical plans, and orchestrate an innovation pipeline. You will be a strategic thinker, someone who can hit the ground running and is passionate about customer management, growth and success.

With your forward-thinking approach, you will possess the ability to transform customer growth plans into tangible success. You will be adept at converting challenges into opportunities and you will relish the leadership responsibilities that accompany the management of high-profile accounts.

 

The role will also require strong collaboration with internal stakeholders across multiple functions across the division, in order to execute the strongest possible commercial plans for our customers. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

 

  1. Background in FMCG 
  2. Creative and strategic thinker able to capture a vision of the future and create a plan for action
  3. Compelling, inspirational communicator, with the ability to lead from the front 
  4. High integrity at all times
  5. Strong commercial acumen to enable development of strong commercial propositions which can be developed into account plans & implementable in outlet execution plans.
  6. Understanding and confidence with P&L management and with management of both volume and profit forecasting processes
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills to enable the development of highly effective internal and external partnerships, including hospitality at key events with some overnight travel
  8. A highly developed influencing style and comfortable with constructively challenging and being challenged
  9. Experience of budgetary management – overhead & trade investment
  10. Experience of customer terms/contract renegotiation
  11. Understanding and confidence of Britvic’s commercial operations and implementation of our equipment within retail customers

 

You should come with experience in FMCG, overseeing accounts long-standing, high profile accounts.
