About the Role:

The Change Manager will own the Change Management lifecycle which includes coordinating and managing changes across the enterprise for multiple applications across various portfolios.

The changes can be inclusive of application updates, operating system patches, security improvements, hardware upgrades, projects and programs.

This position also works closely with key internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure an effective change management process exists within Britvic.

The successful candidate will also support the Management team in other roles and initiatives as operationally required and will provide cover for the License Manager during periods of absence.


Key Responsibilities:

-Manage the day to day running of the Change Management process including management of weekly approval boards (CAB & TAB) and activities to ensure that the change pipeline remains healthy;

-Provide management reports on a monthly / periodic basis for all areas of responsibility;

-Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations;

-Identify opportunities for improvement to the process and continually work towards making improvements to the change management process;

-Maintain Policy, Process and Work Instruction documentation related to the Change Management process;

-Provide training to stakeholders within Britvic related to the Change Management process.



Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:



-Significant and demonstrable experience as a Change Manager / Analyst (2+ Years) with evidence of hosting or strong participation in Change Advisory Boards (CAB) or internal meetings discussing change/releases;

-Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel where experience of data analysis and manipulation must be evidenced;

-Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner at all levels;

-Comfortable to challenge, be challenged and manage conflict;

-Commercial focus and awareness;

-Has a demonstrable and through understanding of the ITIL Framework.



-Experience of working in a predominately outsourced environment

-Excellent communication skills at all levels

-Demonstrable understanding of ServiceNow, or other premium Service Management tool
