Be part of one of the world’s most admired soft drinks companies – built on over 4,500 employees, a £1.5bn turnover and over 30 market leading brands sold in more than 50 countries.

Our purpose is simple. We're about making life's everyday moments more enjoyable. We think differently. We push boundaries, and we give our all to create great products that our customers will love. A little about the programme…

We like explorers and innovators here at Britvic, those who push themselves, and us. Our fully mentored 3-year Finance graduate programme will put you front and centre, giving you an incredibly broad set of skills - to really accelerate your career. During the programme you will undertake at least 3 different roles or “placements” where you’ll actively take a role in decision making, commercial development, strategy and planning - across such areas as Commercial, Financial Control, Supply Chain, Audit & Risk and FP&A.

As we are both ACCA and CIMA accredited partners, we will also fund your fully qualified CIMA/ACCA studies and provide support, study leave and workshops – plus personal development through Britvic success planning.

You’ll be based in our Solihull shared services centre but the role may involve travel and being based at another Britvic location (Hemel Hempstead - Hertfordshire) as part of a 12-month role rotation.

Who are we looking for?

We’re a fast paced and highly innovative business and you’ll be looking to make an impact at Britvic, demonstrating drive, ambition passion and spark.  You’ll want to be stimulated and challenged as we inspire and support you to achieve your full potential.

You will also need:

  • A minimum 2:1 degree and strong academic background – across any discipline, but with clear motives for a career in Finance. You will ideally have 6-12 months' Finance experience gained via a university placement, holiday work or post-graduation employment. You do not have to have had exposure to an FMCG related sector.
  • A strong interest and motivation for a career in Finance

How do we reward you?

  • Highly competitive basic salary (plus annual increases)
  • Fully funded and supported CIMA or ACCA training programme
  • A personalised development and career growth plan
  • 25 days’ holiday
  • Bonus scheme, private healthcare, shares, contributory pension and flexible benefits package
