About the Role:
Britvic are entering an exciting phase in the transformation of all aspects of the Finance organisation, its systems, processes and ways of working and this role will be pivotal to the success of implementation, continuous improvement and sustainable delivery of successful results

This role supports primarily the R2R and O2C functions in reviewing the end-to-end processes, designing, and implementing improvements and efficiencies
This role requires a detailed knowledge of the process, systems and stakeholders involved and an understanding of what best practice is, to achieve measurable improvements

It requires the ability to build reporting and KPI’s to monitor performance and to work with large volumes of data  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and document current transactional processes across FSS transactional areas, support the GPO by identifying areas for improvement. Ensure the central repository for FSS process notes is kept up to date. Document new processes as they emerge. Manage the PTP “root cause analysis” process and roll out to other transactional areas (I.e. O2C, R2R)
  • Owns the process for financial master data setup and ongoing maintenance, including cost centres, WBS elements and GL accounts. Ensure the setup, changes and closure of accounts are reviewed and approved accordingly.
  • Manage the mapping of financial master data changes through Britvic financial systems SAP>BW>BPC as well as SAC reporting maintenance
  • Review and testing of major project changes that impact financial reporting
  • Investigation and providing resolutions across financial systems
  • Provide project, knowledge support and UAT testing across O2C processes and system upgrades.
  • Manage the O2C blocked billing to ensure loss of revenue is kept to a minimum
  • Co-ordinate and manage monthly GPO and Change Board meetings (Finance Change Board, Source to Pay Change Board), ensuring all new and existing items on the FCB are up to date, documented and approved by the relevant GPO.
  • Support the BAU transactional team with companywide, monthly training in the use of systems (I.e. VIM, EBP, Concur, Siebel, SAP)
  • Build relationships with all appropriate stakeholders and project team/s to ensure wider engagement and success in implementation of change
  • Implement change in a way which is clear and visible to all stakeholders and will continue within BAU where appropriate
  • Assist with the production of data to ensure appropriate KPI’s, metrics and reporting is implemented to measure the success of the FSS function.
  • Work together with the GPO’s to ensure system changes are appropriately tested, documented, signed off and communicated to the BAU team before being implemented to the live SAP environment.
  • Support the creation and training of a network of system “super users” within FSS to ensure problems are resolved swiftly with minimal impact on BAU activities.
  • Ensure changes to processes across P2P, O2C and R2R are documented in the required standard
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
  • Experience across P2P, O2C and R2R required
  • SAP “super-user” and proficient in all Microsoft packages with excellent Excel skills
  • Ability to identify and implement change without instruction or supervision
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data and analyse to identify root cause issues
  • Broad ranging IT systems skills, including using leading ERP (SAP and BW preferred) and function-specific tools (I.e. SRM, Concur, Siebel)
  • Clear and engaging communication skills
  • Ability to design and build KPI reporting to be used across a range of BAU stakeholders
