About the Role:


We have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join our fantastic procurement team as a Procurement Administrator.


Our Procurement Administrators are an integral part of the Procurement function. This is an exciting and challenging role that will provide full administrative support to the Procurement function, offering the successful candidate a highly varied role and the opportunity to work closely with a variety of stakeholders from across our business.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • First line of support to end users raising purchase orders across the business 
  • Creation and maintenance of supplier catalogues to help end user experience. 
  • The processing of purchase orders and associated transactions in accordance with the Financial Control Systems, deadlines and targets. 
  • Resolution of queries, adhering to SLA’s in place. 
  • Working closely with Account payables to resolve queries 


What We’re Looking For:


  • Ideally, you will have previous experience of working in an administrative position within procurement, finance or Shared Service Centre. We are however open to considering applicants with strong administrative experience from other functions.
  • A very strong team player, with the drive and flexibility to support others in the team. 
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • MS Office (Word/Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good understanding of basic indirect procurement principles (desirable but not essential)
  • Previous experience with SAP Ariba (desirable but not essential)
