About the Role:

 

We are looking for people to join us on a 3 month FTC to support us over the busy summer months . A great oppertunity for someone who is interested in engineering/ maintenance/ DIY work to get some great exposure into a technical role . As a Britvic Technical Service support , you’ll be a brand ambassador by delivering a simply brilliant first impression to our customers. 
Preparation and presentation are key to delivering a perfect visit that meets and exceeds our customer’s expectations. 
You’ll use your skills to support the installation of our soft drinks equipment in a variety of business premises across the UK, working with an experienced Technical Service Representative. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Visting our Key client sites alongside a qualified Technical Services representative to carry out repairs, diagnositics, and maintenance works 
  2. To support Technical Service Representatives to install Dispense equipment
  3. Gain a strong understanding of our Drinks dispence machines and assist with repairs 
  4. Educate customers with the knowledge and understanding of food hygiene responsibilities and basic fault diagnosis to maximise equipment serve time


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

 

  1. You will have the ability to build relationships with customers and deliver great customer service 
  2. You will be flexible and work well as a team 
  3. A background & interest in DIY or similar would be advantageous
