Job Overview

 

Join our dynamic team to develop and grow distribution, revenue, volume, and trading contribution across the entire Britvic brand portfolio. In this role, you'll work alongside wholesale partners to drive growth through account development, consultative selling, and strategic customer relationship management. You'll be responsible for maximizing product availability across all 'Away From Home' outlets in your territory, including On Trade, Hospitality, Foodservice, Leisure, and Workplace environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Drive growth in distribution, revenue, volume, trading contribution, and market share across our diverse brand portfolio, channels, and product formats
  • Maximize product availability for the full Britvic portfolio (including Pepsi, 7UP, Ballygowan, MiWadi, London Essence, Teisseire, and more) across multiple channels
  • Deliver quarterly sales targets for Aqua Libra Co Taps, Soft Drink Dispense units, and Ballygowan Water Coolers
  • Collaborate with RTM, KAM, NAM teams and wholesalers through monthly meetings to successfully activate promotions and implement Joint Business Plans
  • Win new business using a consultative selling approach with high-volume soft drink outlets while ensuring best-in-class execution to Picture of Success (PICOS) & Perfect Store standards
  • Leverage CRM & reporting tools for data-driven decisions and effective territory management
  • Manage territory costs and promotional investment to stay within budget parameters

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum three years of experience in the beverage industry with comprehensive knowledge of products, channels, and competition
  • Proven track record in FMCG sales environment, preferably in HORECA / On Trade field sales or similar role
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver engaging customer presentations
  • Strong financial acumen and high computer literacy to effectively utilize CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Demonstrated drive, initiative, and ability to work independently while managing territory effectively
  • Full clean driving license (essential)

Education/Qualifications

 

  • Third level qualification in Business or relevant discipline is desirable
  • Leaving certificate level or equivalent may be sufficient depending on experience
  • Substantial (3+ years) sales experience in FMCG environment
