About the Role:

Following the acquisition of The Boiling Tap Company (now Aqua Libra Company, ALCO), this role will be responsible for supporting the robust accounting and financial information within the Business Unit and to the Group Reporting team

The BTB Finance Manager will be responsible for:



  1. Periodic Management Reporting, ensuring timely and accurate month end close 
  2. Reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance insight generation 
  3. Providing team support and cover where needed
  4. Identifying opportunities for process improvement to encourage greater efficiency and control. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Periodic management reporting
  2. Audit and Control
  3. Creating a great environment
  4. Other support as required to deliver business objectives, including, supporting the management of cash within ALCO, with particular focus on receivables, working capital and stock and supporting business integration plan 


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  1. Qualified accountant with experience in Xero accounting system, SAP and BPC
  2. Understanding of financial and accounting principles 
  3. Desire and mindset to work in a small, start-up environment which will involve a significant amount of hands on work
  4. Excellent stakeholder management & influencing skills
