About the Role:
The Reward Administrator's role will be to provide effective support to the Reward and Pensions Team in order to facilitate an efficient, customer-driven service delivery process. You will act as the first point of contact for employees, covering reward and compensation-related queries. 

 

This is a fixed-term contract so we would need someone who is looking to start immediately. Typically, this position will be suitable for someone with rewards administration experience or someone who is currently in a high-level administrator role. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries, monitor the benefits admin shared mailboxes, and resolving queries within the SLA’s
  2. Manage the day-to-day administration of all company benefits/schemes with guidance, including company cars
  3. Placing purchase orders, receipting services received and reconciling pension and benefit provisions
  4. Accurately tracking all orders and payments, preparing monthly report detailing payments made, and outstanding values and monitor/manage expenditures against budget
  5. Identify and suggest improvements to administrative processes and implement agreed changes to enable the team to provide a high-quality service.
  6. Collate, validate, update and maintain data, information and records to agreed standards so that databases and filing systems are up-to-date, accurate and readily available.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  1. MS Office skills with intermediate to strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  2. Knowledge of working with GB & Ireland is preferable
  3. Previous experience is not essential but would be advantageous
  4. Previously worked in a fast-paced Administration role
