Job Overview
The RCOE Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely production of management reports, SAC system maintenance, and database management for one of the biggest business units at Britvic (GB). The key to success in this role is to have attention to detail, follow strict processes & controls, be highly organized, able to work under pressure, communicate effectively, and be a strong team player.
Key Responsibilities
- Centralized report development & production
- Produce, distribute and maintain key reports accurately and to agreed deadlines
- Coordinate key reporting inputs from different teams, e.g. for Rolling Forecast, Outlooks and set out clear timelines & expectations
- Proactively drive report efficiency enhancements
- Help drive greater standardization of reporting across Business Unit
- Support the ongoing robustness of financial planning and reporting systems
- Control processes improvement and eliminate issues in systems by actively adding checks to ensure same issues do not crop up
- Work with IT/outsource provider to resolve system issues in a timely manner
- Regular integrity checks and maintenance of SAC e.g. product setups
- Data management in relevant systems (e.g SAC Planning - uploading/changing rates)
- Accurately document system procedure notes, updated as required
- Support IT projects to develop simple and efficient systems that support agility
- Assist in the impact assessment on planning systems of any IT change projects
- Ensure testing plans are rigorous and completed in a timely manner
- Ensure the necessary work is completed to adjust reporting/modelling for any hierarchy changes
- Support ad-hoc projects for the Finance function that delivers the Finance Vision
- Support FP&A in demand management processes (e.g new report creation)

Requirements
- Good understanding of financial and accounting processes
- Excellent Microsoft Office applications ability: particularly Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
- Must be able to work with mass data (500k+ rows of data)
- Power Query experience
- MS VBA experience (understand & be able to write basic coding, at least assisted with notes)
- Able to demonstrate problem-solving skills – good at linking systems/ideas together and competent at investigating discrepancies
- Experience in finance planning / consolidation systems (SAC)
- Background in FMCG preferable
- Come from a MI background or equivalent
