About the Role:
The Reporting Centre of Excellence (RCoE) is a Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) centre of excellence who manages forecasting, budgeting, analytics, and planning transformation for the Britvic Group. This role will be a project-based role that will focus on supporting the RCoE Manager in implementing new Planning / Forecasting and Analytic based solutions as part of FP&A transformation strategies.
The key to success in this role is to support in the implementation & testing of solutions (in Anaplan and SAP Analytics Cloud), to have attention to detail, be highly organised, able to work under pressure, communicate effectively and to be a strong team player.
The role sits in a Finance function, however an accountancy background is not essential, rather the ability to understand/learn financial outputs is required. In addition, a desire to work with non-financial metrics such as, ESG (Environmental, social, and governance) and other related activities that support the wider-business transformation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports the implementation of joint business planning solutions in Anaplan
- Support in the requirement gathering and design creation of new solutions
- Liaise with other finance functions and commercial teams to become subject matter expert
- Work with IT consultants to ensure that solutions are being created according to signed of designs
- Do detailed UAT testing and offer solutions when outcomes are not as desired
- Creation of Analytical Reporting in SAC Analytics
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
- Come from a MI/BI background or equivalent
- Good understanding of financial and accounting processes (Not essential, but must be able to pick up required knowledge)
- Have experience in using SAC Analytics Designer and Anaplan modelling or demonstrate the ability to learn (training will be given)
- Must be able to work with mass data (500k+ rows of dataMust have the ability to understand the importance of data setup (e.g. Flat Tables etc)
